Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

S1 Tech Serve offers a 7-day return policy for electronic products purchased from our store. The return period begins from the date of delivery of the product.

2. Eligible Reasons for Returns

Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:
– Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
– Wrong product delivered
– Product is different from what was ordered
– Product is unused but customer wishes to return

3. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– In the same condition that you received it
– Unused and in its original packaging
– With all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts (if any) included
– Without any scratches, dents, tears, or other damage

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Include all accessories and documentation
5. Attach the RMA number to the package

5. Refunds

– Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
– The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
– Shipping costs for returns may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will process it subject to product availability. The same conditions as returns apply to exchanges[2].

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
– Software products (unless unopened)
– Products with tampered or missing serial numbers/IMEI numbers
– Products that have been installed or used

8. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 10% may be charged for returns that are not due to product defects or our errors.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service immediately. We may request photos or videos of the issue to process your return or exchange more efficiently.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before the product is dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy will apply.

11. Warranty

This return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, the standard manufacturer’s warranty that comes with the products.
