Business Standard is for a team that has moved past a simple mailbox. Google includes 2 TB of pooled storage per user, shared drives, and Meet for up to 150 participants with recording and noise cancellation.

This edition also adds appointment booking pages, eSignature on Docs and PDFs, and email layouts with mail merge. Gemini is available in Gmail, Docs, Meet and more, as Google lists it for Standard. It remains a Business edition, so the published user cap is 300.

Do you publish a fixed INR price for Business Standard?

No. The page shows Contact for Latest Pricing. Google's public price list is in US dollars and can include a short introductory rate for new customers. We confirm the INR figure for your user count before you buy.

Can you migrate our existing mail into Business Standard?

Mail migration is a separate service, subject to confirmation. We agree the source mailbox, the downtime window and what is left behind before any message is moved. Google also lists a Workspace Migrate tool on this edition.

Are meeting recordings included?

Google includes Meet recording on Business Standard, for meetings of up to 150 participants. Recordings are saved to Drive and use the pooled storage.

How are extra users added later?

Users can be added from the Admin console within the 300-user cap for Business editions. The subscription price changes with the user count, so ask us for a revised quote before you add a group of accounts.
