Shipping and delivery policy
Physical products bought on s1techserve.com are packed at our Bengaluru office and handed to a courier. Delivery is free when the product total is ₹499 or more. Below that, the courier charge and the delivery estimate for your pin code are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where the order ships from
S1 Techserve packs shop orders at #155, 5th Cross, Gayatri Layout, Ramasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560060, India. We hand the parcel to a courier arranged through Shiprocket. At checkout this method is labelled Courier delivery. We do not dispatch these online orders from a different, undisclosed address.
Where we deliver
Physical products from the online shop are delivered to serviceable pin codes in India. We do not ship these online orders outside India. If a pin code is not serviceable, checkout will not offer delivery to that address.
What delivery costs

Dispatch time
We hand the parcel to the courier within 1 business day. A business day is Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.
The cutoff is 3:00 PM India Standard Time. An order placed before 3:00 PM on a business day is counted from that day. An order placed after 3:00 PM, or on a Sunday or a public holiday, is counted from the next business day.
Transit time
After the courier collects the parcel, delivery to most serviceable pin codes in India takes 1 to 5 business days. A remote or restricted pin code can take longer. When checkout shows a delivery estimate for your pin code, that estimate is the one that applies to your order.
For most pin codes, the time from placing the order to delivery is the 1 business day we take to dispatch, plus the 1 to 5 business days in transit. The delivery window saved for India is 1 to 6 business days in total. A checkout estimate for your pin code, when checkout shows one, is the estimate for that order.
Tracking
After dispatch we send the courier name and tracking details to the email address or phone number on the order.
If delivery does not succeed
If the courier cannot deliver because the address or phone number is incomplete, or nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier’s reattempt and return-to-origin rules apply. If the parcel comes back to our Bengaluru office, email or call us within 7 days of the failed attempt.
A second dispatch uses a new courier charge. We show that charge before you pay it. If you would rather not have the item sent again, we refund it under the return and refund policy once the parcel is back with us.
The parcel is our responsibility until the courier marks it delivered to the address on the order. If tracking says delivered and you did not receive it, tell us within 48 hours.
Digital products
Google Workspace and other digital services are not sent by courier, and there is no courier charge. After payment and the account details we ask for, we provision access by email, usually within 1 business day. Cancellation of a digital service is covered by the return and refund policy.
Project freight
Equipment that is part of an IT, audio-visual, networking, or installation quote is delivered as that quote describes. The dispatch and transit times on this page apply to products bought from the online shop.
