These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the S1 Techserve website and the IT solutions, system integration, audio-visual, supply, installation, and support services we provide. By using this website, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

S1 Techserve provides IT solutions and services, including infrastructure, system integration, audio-visual solutions, software-related work, installation, and technical support.

References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean S1 Techserve. References to “you” and “customer” mean the person or organisation using the website or purchasing our products or services.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business enquiries and to learn about our services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

Content on the website is for general information. A quotation or written confirmation from us is required before any supply, installation, or support work is treated as agreed.

3. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, or for 15 days if no period is stated, unless we withdraw or revise the quotation earlier.

An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing, including by email. Product availability, specifications, and lead times may change before acceptance.

You are responsible for confirming that the requested products, quantities, site details, and technical requirements are accurate.

4. Pricing, Invoices, and Payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, are extra unless the quotation says they are included.

Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. If no due date is stated, payment is due on receipt.

We may pause delivery, installation, or support if an invoice is overdue. Title to supplied goods remains with us until the related invoice is paid in full, where permitted by law.

5. Delivery, Installation, and Timelines

Delivery and installation dates are estimates unless we confirm them as fixed in writing. Timelines can change because of site access, customer approvals, third-party suppliers, or events outside our reasonable control.

You agree to provide safe access, power, network readiness, and any approvals needed for installation or support at the agreed time.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the site, or on collection if you collect them.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site, contact, and technical information
• Back up important data before repair, maintenance, or upgrades
• Obtain any internal approvals required for the work
• Use supplied products and systems in line with manufacturer guidance
• Tell us promptly if a delivered item or completed service does not match the agreed scope

7. Support and Maintenance

Support, annual maintenance, and troubleshooting are provided only for the scope, period, and response terms stated in the relevant quotation, contract, or service record.

Support does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised changes, third-party software, power problems, or issues outside the agreed system, unless we agree to that work separately.

During support we may need limited access to devices or configuration details. That access is covered by our Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to products as stated by the manufacturer. We will help you with a warranty claim where that support is part of the agreed service.

Our workmanship is warranted for the period stated in the quotation or service confirmation. If no period is stated, please contact us and we will confirm the applicable period for that job.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

9. Intellectual Property

Website text, layout, and branding belong to S1 Techserve or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Third-party product names and software remain the property of their owners. Any custom configuration or document we prepare for you may be used for your internal business, unless the quotation says otherwise.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will keep non-public business and technical information received from the other confidential, and will use it only to perform or receive the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the website or the services.

Our total liability for a claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service, except where the law does not allow a limit.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, manufacturers, carriers, or hosting providers except to the extent of our own agreed obligations.

12. Cancellation

You may ask to cancel an order before we have ordered the goods or started the work. Cancellation after that point may be charged for costs already incurred, including supplier orders and scheduled site time.

We may decline or cancel an order if the information provided is incomplete, the product is unavailable, or payment is not received as agreed.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, unless we agree a written change with you.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited by contract.
