Business Plus is the highest Business edition. It keeps the Standard collaboration tools and adds the controls a compliance-minded firm usually asks about: Vault, eDiscovery, retention, and advanced endpoint management.

Google lists 5 TB of pooled storage per user and Meet for up to 500 participants, including attendance tracking. Secure LDAP is also listed for this edition. The published cap is still 300 users. Organisations that need more accounts, S/MIME or data-region controls should compare Enterprise.

What does Vault add on Business Plus?

Google Vault retains, searches and exports organisation data for eDiscovery. It is listed for Business Plus, not for Starter or Standard. We will confirm the retention settings with you before they are turned on, because retention rules can keep data you expected to delete.

Can Business Plus cover more than 300 people?

No. Google's Business Starter, Standard and Plus editions can be purchased for a maximum of 300 users. Above that, the published route is an Enterprise edition.

How do device controls differ from Starter?

Google lists advanced endpoint management on Business Plus: stronger passwords, remote wipe, iOS app management and Android work profiles. Starter includes fundamental endpoint management only.

Does the quote include migration and DNS?

Not unless we add them. Setup, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and mailbox migration are scoped separately and only go ahead after you confirm the work.
