Product overview

Enterprise is the edition Google asks larger organisations to discuss with sales. There is no published minimum or maximum user count, unlike the Business editions, which stop at 300 users.

Google includes 5 TB of pooled storage per user and the option to request more. Meet extends to 1,000 participants and adds in-domain live streaming. Security additions listed for Enterprise include S/MIME, data loss prevention, data regions, context-aware access and enterprise endpoint management. Enhanced Support is included.

Google does not publish a self-serve price for Enterprise. S1 Techserve will not invent one. Use the quote form and we will confirm what Google can offer for your user count, region and support level. Assured Controls are an add-on, not part of the base edition.

Why is there no Enterprise price on this page?

Google lists Enterprise as contact sales, and the public price list is in US dollars rather than a fixed INR card rate. S1 Techserve confirms the current figure for your user count instead of printing a guess.

Can Enterprise store more than 5 TB per user?

Google includes 5 TB of pooled storage per user and says more can be requested. The extra capacity is not automatic. We will ask Google what your organisation can have before you rely on it.

What security controls are actually on Enterprise?

Google's current comparison lists S/MIME, data loss prevention, data regions, context-aware access, enterprise endpoint management and AI classification for Drive. Assured Controls are offered as an add-on.

Do you provision the Enterprise licences yourselves?

No. Google provisions the subscription after the order is accepted. S1 Techserve handles the quote, the admin setup you approve, and optional DNS or migration work. The website cannot create licences on its own.
