Audio & Video

This Audio and Video category is the meeting-room side of the hardware shop at S1 Techserve in Bengaluru. The products here are physical items with a price on the page, packed and dispatched from the office at Ramasandra. A full room design, a wall display, or cabling for a new office is still quoted as project work. You can order the camera on this page, and you can ask us to plan the rest of the room if that is what the office needs.

The product listed here now is the Logitech MeetUp 2, an all-in-one conference camera for a small meeting room or huddle space. The camera, six microphones and the speaker are built into one bar. The selling price is ₹92,630, including GST. The regular price shown beside it is ₹1,87,630. This is the India model, part number 960-001711. The product page covers the 120 degree field of view, RightSight 2 framing, RightSound 2 audio, the USB and HDMI ports, and what arrives in the box.

MeetUp 2 is also listed in the video conferencing category, which is the narrower list under Audio and Video. Open that category when you only want conference cameras. Stay on this page when you are looking across the audio and video range. Further cameras and room audio will be added here when they are stocked. Until then, this is the in-stock bar.

The bar is for a compact room, where people sit close to the display, rather than a large boardroom. It connects by USB to a laptop you bring in, or to a computer that stays in the room. On a compatible computer it works with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. Logitech states that MeetUp 2 is for a PC or a bring-your-own-device setup, and that it is not a RoomMate appliance. If your room is larger than a huddle space, or you want the display, the mount and the cabling chosen with the camera, send the room size and the meeting app you already use. That kind of planning is part of the workplace IT and AV work we do from Bengaluru.

Shop orders of ₹499 and above ship free to serviceable pin codes in India. A smaller order shows a courier charge of ₹80 at checkout, before you pay. In-stock items are dispatched within one business day. Delivery is usually one to six business days after that. The timing sits on the shipping and delivery page. A physical product can be returned within seven days of delivery, with no restocking fee, as described in the return and refund policy.
